If you like the sound of getting incredibly sweaty and tired, whilst also getting incredibly fit and strong, then CrossFit may be for you! Each Workout of the Day (or WOD for you CrossFit insiders) is different, and will push you physically and mentally, but the CrossFit crowd are generally one of the friendliest you’ll meet, and once you’ve tried this strangely addictive form of exercise, you may well be hooked for life!
