Run a marathon
A marathon is about more than running 26.2 miles. And there are absolutely no short cuts. Months of preparation. Usually lots of running in horizontal rain. And so many blisters you lost count. All leading up to one day, one race. Whether you’re aiming to beat your personal record (or beat your mate who made you sign up in the first place) or raising valuable funds for a charity close to your heart, each and every one of your 50,000 steps will be totally worth it when you cross the finish line.
